GripGrab current market position in Belgium
GripGrab products are sold in over 1.200 retail shopsin Europe, thereof around 150 in Belgium.
We have well-established relations with several major players including Van Eyck, AS Adventure and Fashion for Cycling, and we have just been listed as a supplier to the Dynamo Retail Group.

Your mission
We are looking for a result-driven sales representative to actively seek out and engage potential customers. Your mission is to maintain and develop existing customer relationships, and to sell in our expanding range of products to both existing and potential customers.


Responsibilities
• Present, promote and sell products & services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
• Establish, develop and maintain positive customer relationships
• Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
• Successfully introduce new GripGrab product categories on the Belgian market
• Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
• Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
• Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
• Report to management on customer needs, competitive activities, and potential for products and services


Your profile
• You are positive by nature, energetic and eager to achieve results
• You have at least 3 years of experience from similar sales jobs within the bike/sports/running industry
• You are motivated to acquire new customers and develop sales channels
• You enjoy sport and an active life style, and have a strong desire to work in the bike/sports/running industry
• IT is a natural part of your life so you will quickly learn to utilize our CRM system
• You have excellent Dutch and French language skills (both written and spoken) and speak and write English at a decent level
• Preferably you live in the middle of Belgium (being within the Brussel-Antwerpen-Gent-Leuven Trapezium)
